The thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits in the AVX Czech Republic s. r. o. company. It aims to design particular recommendations in the area of providing employee benefits for the company. The literary research attempts to describe employee benefits with a special focus on tax solutions of the most commonly provided benefits in the Czech Republic, both on the employer's and the employee's side. The thesis is also devoted to how these benefits are projected into the system of financial accounting. The crucial part of the thesis proposes specific recommendations based on the description and analysis of the employee benefits in the aforementioned company that are optimal with respect to the tax regime.
Accounting and tax aspects of employee benefits

The thesis is dedicated to the exploration and analysis of the implementation of employee benefits such as the types of benefits provided by employers to employees according to Czech accounting and tax regulations. In the theoretical part deals with the topic of employee motivation at the work and describes the best known motivational theories. It tries to highlight the interconnections of social policy, evaluation and remuneration system with the level of employee satisfaction and its impact on the quality of work performance. Employee benefits are a modern tool of personnel policy to reward, motivate and satisfy employees. From the other side, they could be considered as a legal tool to reduce the tax liability of the employer. The main focus in this work is devoted on accounting and tax system, which is displayed on a selected group of benefits with illustrative examples. The practical part is focused on the exploration of application of employee benefits in the specific company and on the basis of their analysis assesses their impact on job satisfaction. Based on the information is quality of employee benefit system in the company assessed and at the end of the thesis brings some possible recommendations for improving.
The employees' benefits in system of selected company

The goal of this task is to evaluate a way of employees' remuneration in the selected company with a view to provided benefits. In the preamle I have described the system of employees' remuneration, which is made up of salary and benefits. The benefits are then sorted in term of tax aspects on the part of the employee and the employer. In the practical part you can find a characterization of the existing system of employees' remuneration in the selected company. There was an inquiry among the employees' about how they are satisfied at their work. The company was awarded as the third-best employer in the Czech Republic in 2008. Based on these datas the providing of the employees benefits in this company has been evaluated as very effective. The concluding section of this work is focussed on potential improvement measures which could be taken within the studied enterprise.
